Coaching, Counseling, and Consultation
Work/Life Connections-EAP provides performance coaching that aims at enhancing productivity and effectiveness, brief solution-focused counseling and resource information that helps employees address acute life stressors, and management consultation that serves to guide supervisors in handling employees and difficult workplace situations.
Located in the basement of the Medical Arts Building, Work/Life Connections-EAP offers free and confidential services to employees, their spouses, or their same-sex domestic partners.
Please call 615-936-1327 to schedule an initial assessment appointment to determine what service best meets your needs.
As we each face difficult challenges and change, Work/Life Connections-EAP provides programs to foster the resilience of our faculty and staff.
We can help build team resilience by providing interpersonal skills training for your department. For the individual, our performance coaching can also help individuals develop and enhance interpersonal skills. Our manager consultations can assist leaders with approaches to help their teams navigate change.
