Coaching, Counseling, and Consultation
Work/Life Connections-EAP provides performance coaching that aims at enhancing productivity and effectiveness, brief solution-focused counseling and resource information that helps employees address acute life stressors, and management consultation that serves to guide supervisors in handling employees and difficult workplace situations.
Located in the basement of the Medical Arts Building, Work/Life Connections-EAP offers free and confidential services to employees, their spouses, or their same-sex domestic partners.

Are you in need of more immediate assistance? Work/Life Connections - EAP can assist you via telephone or connect you to crisis resources within and outside of the Vanderbilt community. In addition, WLC-EAP administers the Faculty and Staff Hardship Fund application process for Vanderbilt employees in temporary financial hardship who qualify for assistance.
