Join other runners as they participate in local 5K races as part of the Vanderbilt team.
Health Plus offers fitness evaluations to part-time and full-time regular Vanderbilt faculty & staff. The evaluation includes measurements to assess cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, and muscular strength. Biometrics are included along with a personalized report and feedback from a trained fitness associate.

Health Plus offers a variety of group fitness classes for all levels and interests at our Kensington Garage location and at satellite locations. Choose from Functional Fitness, Step, Aqua Aerobics, Body Shaping, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and Kickboxing, just to name a few.
The Health Plus Lap It Up Club (LIUC) will reward you for your laps, help you increase the distance you swim, and help you reach your personal goals. All you have to do is record the number of laps you swim each time you visit any pool.
