Pressure Relief Network

Health Plus, together with Occupational Health Clinic and Work/Life Connections, provides this work-site blood pressure educational forum to all full-time benefits eligible Vanderbilt employees, spouses, and dependents. This program offers 6 one hour classes.  The topics include managing blood pressure through medication, an eating plan, the benefits of weight management, exercise and physical activity, handling stress, and setting goals. At each class, blood pressure checks are available.

These classes are at no cost to you.
