Know Your Numbers

Participate in programs to measure blood pressure, weight and body mass index. These numbers can be used on your yearly Health Risk Assessment and compared throughout the year for changes.

Where can I participate in Know Your Numbers?

• Know Your Numbers is offered during all hours of operation in the Health Plus facility located at the corner of Kensington Avenue and 25th Avenue. Health Plus is open 5am-9pm Monday-Friday, and Saturday 8am-2pm.

• Know Your Numbers is offered at the Occupational Health Clinic from 9am-12pm and 1-4pm Monday – Friday. OHC is located in Suite 640 of the Medical Arts Building.
• Know Your Numbers is offered at One Hundred Oaks from 11am-1pm on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month. Located in the administration suite, 26119

A Vanderbilt ID badge is required for participation.

You can now view your Know Your Numbers measurements, as well as your participation history in Health Plus activities, in the Health and Wellness Information Portal .
