Count on Your Heart

During National Heart Month in February and National Nutrition Month in March, lower your risk for heart disease by controlling what you can. Participate in a variety of fun and informative events and programs to lower your risk for heart disease.

Pressure Relief Network:
A series of 6 classes focused on ways to manage blood pressure. Learn more.

During March:

March Make a Small Change Challenge.
Pick just one small change to make each week. Choose from Get Active, Eat Better, and Be Mindful then complete the weekly participation survey. By completing 3 of 4 weekly participation surveys you will receive a Healthy Bites PDF Cookbook featuring recipes from Vanderbilt Chefs & Registered Dietitians.
