Career Ladder Training Series

The Career Ladder Series is for anyone wanting to sharpen customer service skills and is great for front line staff.

All Classes are held from 7:30-8:30am in the Medical Arts Building, room 029.

Take one or take them all.

Each class qualifies as a customer service class for the PSR career ladder advancement – 1 contact hour each.

To register log into The Learnnig Center. Read “Enrolling Yourself in a Self-Paced Course or Learning Event” to learn how to enroll. Space is Limited to 10 participants per class.

• Encountering Distressed Customers
• Cultural Diversity and Workplace Stress
• Handling Anger
• Resolving Conflict
• Difficult Conversations
