Go for the Gold
Check your Go for the Gold status in the Health & Wellness Information Portal.
Vanderbilt’s award winning Go for the Gold program is a comprehensive health promotion program designed to help faculty and staff lead healthier and more productive lives by identifying health risks and taking action to reduce those risks.
The annual Go for the Gold deadline to receive the Wellness Credit for the following year is October 31st.
Go for the Gold:
Health Risk Assessment – a tool to help faculty/staff identify any health risks and ways to improve their health
Wellness Actions Log - an interactive online form for faculty/staff use to document activities they have taken to maintain or improve their health.
Game Plan for Your Health – a video that features personal interviews with Vanderbilt faculty and staff and provides practical ways to take charge of your health.
Go for the Gold levels:
Bronze ($120): Health Risk Assessment.
Silver ($180): Health Risk Assessment + Wellness Actions Log
Gold ($240): Health Risk Assessment + Wellness Actions Log + Game Plan for Your Health
Health Plan Account Information
A wellness credit of up to $240 per year is available to faculty and staff paying for Vanderbilt Health Plan benefits.

The Health Risk Assessment is available for Spouses/Same-Sex Domestic Partners ( no changes to this page) covered on the Vanderbilt Health Plans.
