Count on Your Heart
Celebrate National Heart Month by participating in Count on Your Heart. Know Your Numbers will be offered at several locations, Wear Red Day is February 6th and the Love Your Heart Expo is February 18th.
Note: Love Your Heart Expo will not take place on February 18th due to inclement weather. Alternate dates are being considered.

The purpose of wellness coaching is to support Vanderbilt University faculty and staff who are interested in losing weight, getting physically active, quitting smoking, eating better, or lowering stress.
